In this capacity, Drae provides expert staff support and guidance to the Human Rights Commission, ensuring that the commission’s initiatives align with the city's strategic goals and policies.
Drae co-leads and facilitates the city’s employee resource groups, fostering an inclusive environment that supports the professional development and well-being of city employees from diverse backgrounds.
